Dear Universe,
Hi. I’d like to lodge a complaint with the weather department. It is October 9th, and the high today is 86 and it is raining while the sun is shining. I think it might be time to fire your weather guy and find someone who knows what fall means. Looking forward to later in the week next week, it looks like the coolest it will get is down to about 64. We really need to get this straightened out. I have a lot of fall clothes, like scarves and booties and sweaters that I would really like to wear without sweating thankyouverymuch. I can’t put pumpkins out on my porch because the mosquitos will carry them off. It is too humid to sit outside for more than five minutes. And, to be quite honest, I’m just tired of my upper lip breaking out in a sweat every time I get in my car. Get it together.

Since I can’t actually WEAR any of my fall wardrobe this year, I’ll just settle for some internet window shopping. It seems that camo is a pattern that is here to stay and I’m not even mad about it. Even though my husband wishes my love for camo equaled sitting in a deer stand with him, I still think it is a fun, interesting neutral to add in to your closet!
