Blogging conferences are my J A M! I have been attending them for years and have been to all different kinds! Here are three reasons why you need to attend Thrive Conference this year – PLUS a discount code to save you $25! Read on!
First, let me tell you a little about Thrive! Thrive Conference is for bloggers who are looking to step up their blogging and business game! Whether you’re a food blogger, mommy blogger, fashion blogger, or lifestyle blogger, the content that is provided at Thrive will apply in some way to every niche and almost every level of blogger. The Founder, Bree Pair, is a good friend of mine and someone who is the queen of encouraging others to meet their goals and equipping them with the tools to make it happen!
Thrive Conference will take place the weekend of March 1-3 in downtown Austin, TX!
This will be the 5th annual conference and they’ll be covering topics like working with brands (don’t we ALL want to learn more about that??), using affiliate links, building an empire, learning more about analytics, and growing your audience and increasing your engagement. It is is so comprehensive that I think a brand new blogger AND a seasoned blogger could both get something out of the conference that they could implement immediately and see results from!
Having been to so many conferences, both large and small, with a broad niche and with specific ones, I still go back to Thrive every year because of three reasons. Here they are:
Three Reasons to Attend Thrive Conference This Year
The first reason is simple: the community.
Thrive Conference is intentionally kept small every year – usually around 100 attendees – because it really creates the opportunity for a community to form. It is easy to go to a bigger conference and get lost in the crowd or struggle finding the right place to be or people to be with. But with Thrive and it’s intimate setting, everyone who walks through the doors for the conference immediately feels at home and that they belong there.
Friendly faces are really much easier to find in a smaller setting. You’ll make close friends with the people at your table and share meals together, business advice, and stories. You’ll also get the chance to meet the speakers and blogging pros on a one-to-one basis. At larger conferences, I’ve seen looooong lines form to meet people after they speak – but at Thrive, they are mingling with the crowd, listening to the other speakers (and usually taking notes too!), and really eager and excited to meet everyone there!
Speaking of speakers, that brings me to my second point!
The Thrive Team works really hard at finding exactly the right speakers for the conference! They are people who are actually out in the blogging industry doing the work, testing new techniques, building businesses, and learning from their mistakes! There are no overnight success stories – it is other women (and sometimes men!) who have walked the same path you’re on and are ready to share their experience and advice with you!

We all know that in order for a bunch of bloggers to come together, the place must be beautiful and full of opportunities for all of the pictures.
