There is nothing like getting to the last few days before Christmas and realizing you forgot to buy (insert name here) a Christmas gift! That is where today’s post comes in! I’m sharing a few really easy food gifts for Christmas that you can make tonight or this weekend! Enjoy!
Christmas is in FIVE DAYS! Is it just me or this month, and these final few days, flying by?? I got to where I was finally feeling caught up, almost ahead actually, and then realized I needed to come up with some gifts for some friends and had a mini panic attack. Thank goodness for food, right? These recipes are easy to make, super delicious, and great gifts for friends who don’t really need anything that you’d like to show a little love to anyways!
Easy Food Gifts for Christmas
Here are six sweet & savory food gifts that you can put together in a couple of hours! Quick, easy, delicious, and consumable – four things everyone loves about a gift!
Mama in the Midst is bringing the sweet and savory together with this Caramel Cashew Crunch! Put it in a Christmas ziplock bag, stick a bow on in, and boom. You’re done!
I love the combo of cinnamon and sugar, so I’m guessing these Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels from Freebie Finding Mom would last around 5 minutes in my house. Put these in a plastic bag, tie it up with pretty ribbon, and drop it in a coffee mug!
I think it is becoming pretty clear that I have a thing for sweet & salty combos! Chocolate covered pretzels are one of my favorite snacks so when you add in the salted caramel, I pretty much can’t help myself! Drop a few pieces of this Salted Caramel Pretzel Bark by Bake, Eat, Repeat in a small brown paper bag, tie it with a cute ornament, and gift away!
Pickles!!! For our first savory option, these refrigerator pickles are a great go-to! Our neighbor Mrs. Margaret makes pickles every year for her neighbors and we always look forward to them! This easy Refrigerator Pickle recipe from Super Mom No Cape look so delicious!
Quick breads are a great easy gift that you can easily double or triple to bake many at once! My classic go to is banana bread, but just for fun-sies I’m loving this One Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread from I Wash, You Dry!
Christmas gift or not, I think I’ll be making this Marinated Cheese & Olives from Five Heart Home just to snack on for myself. YUM!
Are you a fan of giving and receiving food gifts during the holidays? Which one of these do you want to try out this year?
